Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PlumDocs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

PlumDocs is a product of GoSi Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is available at plumdocs.com.

2. Description of Service

PlumDocs is a document automation platform that enables you to:

• Create document templates using Google Docs
• Connect data sources (Google Sheets, CRMs like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Generate documents by merging templates with data
• Deliver documents via download, email, or e-signature
• Save generated documents to Google Drive

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans including a free tier with limited usage and paid plans with additional features and higher limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Lifetime Deals

"Lifetime" access means access for the lifetime of the product, defined as the period during which PlumDocs is actively developed and maintained. All lifetime deals include at least 1 year of product updates guaranteed. In the unlikely event that PlumDocs is discontinued, we will provide at least 6 months advance notice and offer pro-rated refunds or migration assistance where possible.

4.3 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Usage Limits and Overages

Each plan includes monthly limits for documents. E-signatures are unlimited on all plans. If you exceed your document limits:

• Free plan: Document generation will be paused until the next billing cycle
• Paid plans: Overage charges apply at $0.02-0.03 per document as specified in your plan

4.5 Taxes

Paddle handles all applicable taxes including VAT, GST, and sales tax based on your location.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PlumDocs. You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email hello@plumdocs.com with your account email. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. For more details, see Paddle's Terms.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends
• Your data (templates, settings) will be preserved for 30 days

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate documents containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access

8. Your Content

8.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your content, including templates, data, and generated documents. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. This includes copying templates, accessing data sources, and generating documents as you direct.

8.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring you have the rights to use any data or materials you process through the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• CRM platforms (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Zapier
• E-signature providers (Documenso)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by PlumDocs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUMDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSi Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
