2.2 Google Workspace Data
To provide our document generation service, we access:
- Google Docs: Template documents you designate for use with PlumDocs
- Google Sheets: Spreadsheet data you connect as data sources
- Google Drive: Folders you select for saving generated documents
We only access the specific files and folders you explicitly authorize. We do not access your entire Google Drive or any files you haven't connected to PlumDocs.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Document generation history and counts
- Feature usage patterns
- Error logs and performance data
- Browser type, device information, and IP address
2.4 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their Privacy Policy.

- Generate documents from your templates and data sources

4. Google API Services User Data Policy
PlumDocs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- We do not sell Google user data to third parties
- We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the Service

5.1 Where We Store Data
- Database: Neon (PostgreSQL) for account and template metadata
- Generated Documents: Cloudflare R2 with automatic 7-day expiration
- Authentication: Clerk for secure user management
5.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication
- Regular security reviews
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Clerk, Paddle, Cloudflare, Neon)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
- Generated Documents: Automatically deleted after 7 days (unless saved to your Google Drive)
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days
